Dignity Fund Coalition

The Dignity Fund Coalition is a broad coalition of San Francisco nonprofit and community organizations and advocates who have come together to address the growing need for services and support for seniors, adults with disabilities, veterans, and those living with chronic illnesses.

The Dignity Fund ensures that San Francisco seniors and adults with disabilities are able to live with dignity, independence, and good health in their homes and communities by making our City a more aging- and disability-friendly place.

The Dignity Fund Needs Assessment Survey is now available.
